Our atv wheel bearings contain the front or rear wheel bearings, and
seals that are required to re-fit a wheel.
These quad bearings are a premium EMQ quality, high speed low drag, triple
lip rubber seals provide protection from water and dirt.
The steel garter spring allows constant pressure on the atv axle shaft .
Stock wheel bearings go bad because they do not have seals.
Without seals your bearings are exposed to dirt, water, rust, mud, and debris.
Each kit does one wheel!

How to Install ATV Wheel Bearings :

1st. Secure your UTV on a lift or stand. Make sure to remove any debris from the wheel hubs, axles, a-frames, and the shocks. 2nd. You will need to remove the wheels, cotter pin, castle nut, brake hub, the lower shock bolt from the a-arm, and the two lower a-arm bolts, so you can move the lower a-arm away from you and pull the axle shaft out of the steering knuckle. 3rd. Clean the bearing housing until you can actually see the bearing, then go to the outer side of the steering knuckle and remove the snap ring holding that�s keeping the bearing in place. Using your tool of choice! (I use over size socket and extension to hammer them out) then knock out the bearings and the inner bearing cage out from the hub. Once the bearing is out, you can thoroughly clean the hub. 4th. Retrieve the new wheel bearings and place into hub by hand. Make sure the bearing is lined up with the hub, tap in evenly around bearing and use an oversize socket to assure they are seated in properly, or use an air chisel to drive the bearing into the hub if you have one. 5th. Tap in the outer cage, reinstall the snap ring, and the dust seals. Apply grease to the axle that will be riding through the bearing. Slide the axle back through the wheel bearing. Replace the lower a-arm bolts, lower shock mount bolt, wheel hub, castle nut, cotter pin, and finally the wheel.
